Return Policy
We accept product returns under the following conditions:
- 01 Returns must be requested within 7 days from the date the order is delivered.
- 02 Customers are required to provide a one-take unboxing video as proof of the item’s condition upon arrival.
- 03 Customers must present proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
- 04 Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with no stains, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- 05 Customers must contact our admin team via WhatsApp first for confirmation and return instructions.
- 06 All return shipping costs are fully borne by the customer.
