Eligibility for Return/Exchange

– Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
– Returned items should be in their original condition with all tags attached and must include the original purchase invoice.

Non-Eligible Items

– Sales, promotional, or discounted products are not eligible for return or exchange.
– Online purchases cannot be exchanged or returned at our offline stores.

Return Process

– Please use a traceable shipping method, as you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
– Depending on the shipping method, it may take 7-10 business days for your return to reach us.
– Once received, returns are processed within 3 business days.

Additional Information

– Shipping charges, both for the original order and the return, are non-refundable.
